Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) PT Arina Multi Karya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Menentukan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS yang terdiri dari uji outer model dan inner model. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Arina Multi Karya. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) PT Arina Multi Karya. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) employees who were sampled in the study as many as 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. Data analysis using the SmartPLS application which consists of testing the outer model and inner model. Therefore the results of this study state that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Arina Multi Karya.
