Abstract
The furniture industry is a labor-intensive industry that contributes to creating jobs for 500 thousand workers. Apart from that, many activities in the furniture industry are carried out manually, which can cause fatigue which hampers productivity, such as lack of adequate rest, excessive workload and unergonomic working conditions. Based on the results of production time it is known that post cutting, and post sewing have a longer working time with a total of 314 minutes. In the results of NBM data processing at sewing workstations, the largest percentage was found to be 79.49% of complaints of no pain in the lower right arm, 64.10% of moderately painful complaints in the buttocks, while complaints of pain were 38.46%. on the back and complaints of very painful 20.51%, and 10.26% on the back and waist. Meanwhile, after analyzing the work posture of the workers using RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment), the results showed that the sewing workstation had the highest risk level, namely 7, which was at a very risky risk level with the category that changes were needed now, therefore improvements to the facilities were carried out. work by adding tables and chairs using an anthropometric approach which focuses on user needs, abilities, and limitations using the EFD (Ergonomics Function Deployment) method. Industri furniture merupakan industri padat karya yang berkontribusi menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi 500 ribu tenaga kerja. Selain itu, kegiatan pada industri furniture banyak aktifitas yang dilakukan secara manual sehingga dapat menyebabkan kelelahan yang menghambat produktivitas seperti kurang istirahat yang cukup, beban kerja yang berlebihan, dan kondisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis total waktu proses produksi diketahui bahwa pada post cutting dan post sewing memiliki memiliki waktu kerja lebih lama dengan total 314 menit. Dalam hasil pengolahan data NBM pada stasiun kerja sewing persentase terbesar ditemukan pada tingkat keluhan tidak terasa sakit sebesar 79,49% pada bagian lengan kanan bawah, keluhan cukup sakit sebesar 64,10% pada bagian pantat, sedangkan pada keluhan sakit sebesar 38,46% pada punggung dan pada keluhan sangat menyakitkan sebesar 20,51%, dan 10,26% pada bagian punggung dan pinggang. Sedangkan Postur kerja pada pekerja setelah di analisis menggunakan RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) di dapatkan hasil bahwa stasiun kerja sewing memiliki level resiko tertinggi, yaitu 7 di mana berada pada level resiko sangat beresiko dengan kategori diperlukan perubahan sekarang, maka dari itu dilakukan perbaikan fasilitas kerja dengan penambahan meja dan kursi dengan pendekatan Antropmetri yang berfokus pada kebutuhan, kemampuan, dan keterbatasan pengguna menggunakan metode EFD (Ergonomi Function Deployment).
