Abstract

Toll roads are one type of civil infrastructure in the transportation sector. The Jakarta - Tangerang toll road is currently playing an important role in supporting national economic activities. However, there are still obstacles on the Jakarta - Tangerang toll road. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of satisfaction of toll road users on the quality of service performance for the Jakarta - Tangerang Toll Road. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and also conducting field surveys on the Jakarta - Tangerang toll road. This study conducted an analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the CSI method research show that the toll road user satisfaction index on the service performance of the Jakarta - Tangerang Toll Road is 85.73%. In the IPA method, the Jakarta - Tangerang Toll Road attributes are the top priority in quadrant I, Which is the 1st, 2nd and 7th attributes. Keywords: Importance Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index, Jakarta – Tangerang Toll Road. Jalan tol merupakan salah satu jenis infrastruktur sipil di bidang transportasi. Jalan tol Jakarta – Tangerang saat ini telah memberikan peranan penting dalam mendukung kegiatan perekonomian nasional. Namun masih terdapat kendala yang ada pada jalan tol Jakarta – Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui persepsi kepuasan pengguna jalan tol terhadap kualitas kinerja pelayanan Jalan Tol Jakarta – Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner dan juga melakukan survei lapangan pada jalan tol Jakarta - Tangerang. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Indeks (CSI). Hasil penelitian metode CSI menunjukan bahwa indeks kepuasan pengguna jalan tol terhadap kinerja pelayanan Jalan Tol Jakarta – Tangerang ini sebesar 85,73%. Pada metode IPA didapatkan atribut Jalan Tol Jakarta – Tangerang yang menjadi prioritas utama pada kuadran I yaitu atribut ke 1, 2 dan 7. Kata Kunci : Importance Performance Analysis, Customer Satisfaction Indeks, Jalan Tol Jakarta - Tangerang.
