Abstract

Technological advances regarding construction design at present have been so fast. This is also affects to the design in construction of high-rise buildings. A strong building structure certainly supports a high-rise building, one of which is the corewall. In the process of building a core wall concrete structure, it cannot be separated from the defects in the concrete surface, so repairs are needed. The problem raised in this study is the comparison of the conveyance method of repairing the corewall concrete surface. This study aims to determine the comparison of time and costs required for corewall concrete surface work. Data collection is obtained through project data and direct field observations. Testing data using AHSP (Job Unit Price Analysis) and the Stroboscope application. The results of this study are obtained from the Suspended Platform RCS (Rail Climbing System) method, the unit price per m2 is IDR 723,151.00 with a work length of 8 days per floor and the Gondola method the unit price per m2 is IDR 144,853.50 with a length of work of 10 days per floor. Keywords : Cost and time analysis, Corewall, AHSP, Stroboscope, RCS, Gondola. Kemajuan teknologi tentang desain konstruksi pada masa sekarang sudah sangat pesat. Hal ini juga memengaruhi desain dalam pembangunan gedung bertingkat tinggi. Struktur gedung yang kuat tentu menjadi penunjang gedung bertingkat tinggi, salah satunya adalah corewall. Pada proses pembangunan struktur dinding beton corewall tidak terlepas dari cacat permukaan beton, untuk itu diperlukan perbaikan. Masalah yang diangkat adalah mengenai perbandingan metode perbaikan permukaan beton corewall. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan waktu dan biaya yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan permukaan beton corewall. Pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui data proyek dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Pengujian data menggunakan AHSP (Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan) dan aplikasi Stroboscope. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh hasil dari metode Suspended Platform RCS (Rail Climbing System) harga satuan per m2 adalah Rp 723.151,00 dengan lama pekerjaan 8 hari per lantai dan metode Gondola harga satuan per m2 adalah Rp 144.853,50 dengan lama pekerjaan 10 hari per lantai.
