Abstract

This study examines the trust, customer review, sales promotion that influence customer buying to interest Toko Ansjeans. This study was conducted on 105 respondents using a quantitive descriptive approach. The data analysis method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of trust have a positive significant effect on consumer buying to interest, customer review have a positive significant effect on consumer buying to interest and sales promotion have a positive significant effect on consumer buying to interest at Toko Ansjeans. Keywords: Trust, Customer Review, Sales Promotion, Buying to Interest. Penelitian ini menguji tentang kepercayaan, penilaian pelanggan, promosi penjualan yang mempengaruhi minat pembelian pada Toko Ansjeans. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 105 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian, penilaian pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian dan promosi penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian pada konsumen Toko Ansjeans. Kata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Penilaian Pelanggan, Promosi Penjualan, Minat Pembelian
