Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of liquidity, solvency, profitability and firm size on company value. The population in this study is the insurance subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2022 period according to the characteristics determined by the researchers, totaling 6 companies. The sample selection used a saturated sample and obtained 6 companies. The design used in this research is causality research with data analysis methods using panel data regression analysis. The research results show that the variables liquidity, profitability and firm size have no effect on company value, and the solvency variable has a positive and significant effect on company value. Keywords: Liquidity, Solvability, Profitability, Firm Size, Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas, dan firm size terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah subsektor asuransi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2022 sesuai dengan karakteristik yang sudah ditetapkan oleh peneliti berjumlah 6 perusahaan. Pemilihan sample menggunakan sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 6 perusahaan. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausalitas dengan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel likuiditas, profitabilitas dan firm size tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan variabel solvabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
