Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial Online dengan Stres Kerja pada karyawan di Daerah Jakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu Dukungan Sosial Online dan Stres Kerja. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 188 karyawan yang bekerja di daerah Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring melalui google form dengan teknik incidental sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara dukungan sosial online dengan stres kerja pada karyawan di daerah jakarta.
