Abstract

Rumah sakit adalah tempat pelayanan kesehatan yang melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan sekaligus sebagai lembaga pendidikan tenaga kesehatan dan penelitian , rumah sakit juga memiliki dampak positif dan negative terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Rumah sakit dalam menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan terdiri dari rawat jalan, rawat inap, pelayanan gawat darurat, pelayanan medic, dan pelayanan non medic menggunakan teknologi yang dapat mempengaruhi lingkungan sekitarnya. Rumah sakit fungsinya adalah tempat pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat luas, rumah sakit diharapkan dapat mewujudkan kesehatan masyarakat. Peranan rumah sakit untuk mempercepat penyembuhan dan pemulihan penderita sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Tujuan dari perancangan ini yaitu Untuk mendapatkan desain gedung Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Jakarta Timur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan fungsinya serta sesuai dengan unsur-unsur arsitektur hijau. Hasil akhir dari rancangan ini yaitu mempunyai konsep form follow function sebagai konsep utamanya serta streameline sebagai konsep fasadenya. Ide ini terinspirasi oleh pelayanan rumah sakit yang harus cepat dan tanggap dalam melayani pasien serta mengedepankan unsur-unsur green architecture.Hospitals are places of health services that run health services as well as educational institutions of health and research personnel, hospitals also have a positive and negative impact on the surrounding environment. Hospitals in a health service setting from outpatient, inpatient, emergency services, medical services, and non-medical services using technology that can play the surrounding environment. Hospital function is a place of health services for the wider community, the hospital is expected to realize public health. The role of hospitals to speed healing and recovery. The purpose of this design is for the East Jakarta Hospital Building that suits the needs and functions and in accordance with the elements of green architecture. The end result of this concept is the concept of following the function as a concept and streamline as the concept of fasadenya. This idea is inspired by hospital services that must be fast and responsive in serving patients as well as promoting the elements of green architecture.
