Abstract
Pekerjaan konstruksi adalah keseluruhan atau sebagian rangkaian kegiatan perencanaan dan/atau pelaksanaan beserta pengawasan yang mencakup pekerjaan arsitektural, sipil, mekanikal, elektrikal, dan tata lingkungan masing - masing beserta kelengkapannya. Pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi terdapat beragam potensi bahaya yang diantaranya menyangkut aspek keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, sehingga apabila penggunaan metode pelaksanaan dan penerapan SMK3 tidak akurat serta kurang teliti maka dapat mengakibatkan kecelakaan kerja. Analisis penerapan SMK3 ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur SMK3 yang mempengaruhi kinerja penerapan SMK3 Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Puri Mansion, Jakarta Barat. Penerapan SMK3 mengacu pada peraturan pemerintah yang mengatur tentang penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) yaitu Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia No.50 Tahun 2012. Dari hasil analisis SPSS, pengujian secara bersama – sama ( Uji F ) nilai F tabel sebesar 2,93, nilai F hitung hasil pengolahan data adalah 1,328. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial ( Uji t ) nilai t tabel sebesar 2.042 yang menunjukkan ada beberapa faktor atau variabel prosedur SMK3 yang ada pengaruh signifikan dengan kinerja penerapan SMK3 pada Proyek Konstruksi Apartemen Puri Mansion. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya program atau langkah untuk peningkatan kinerja penerapan SMK3 pada Proyek Konstruksi Apartemen Puri Mansion.Construction work is in whole or in part a series of planning and / or execution activities along with supervision covering the architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental work of each other and its accessories. In the implementation of the construction project there are various potential hazards which include the aspects of occupational safety and health, so that if the use of implementation methods and application of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHS) is not accurate and less thorough it can lead to work accidents. Analysis of Occupational Safety and Health Management System application is intended to know the OSHS procedures that affect the application performance of OSHS Puri Mansion Apartment Development Project, West Jakarta. Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System refers to government regulations that regulate the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHS), namely Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No.50 of 2012. From result of SPSS analysis, testing together (Test F) value of F table equal to 2,93, value of F count result of data processing is 1,328. While the test partially (Test t) t value of 2,042 which indicates there are some factors or variables of OSHS procedure that there is significant influence with the performance of OSHS application on Puri Mansion Apartment Construction Project. Therefore, there is a need for a program or step to improve the performance of OSHS implementation on Puri Mansion Apartment Construction Project.
