Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi, dan disiplin pekerja terhadap kinerja. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yang penulis pakai adalah kuantitatif sebagai metode ilmiah karena data-data yang bersifat konkrit, objektif, terukur, rasional dan sistematis. Sampel yang dipakai di penelitian ini memakai metode sampel non probabilitas dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan populasi didalam peneltian ini adalah karyawan BRI Kantor Cabang Pembantu (KCP) Gading Boulevard Raya sejumlah 105 orang dan didapatkan sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Untuk mengetahui jumlah sampel maka rumus yang digunakan yaitu rumus Slovin. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan Structural Equaation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Hasil peineilitian meinuinjuikkan bahwa gaya keipeimimpinan meimiliki peingaruih yang positif dan signifikan teirhadap kineirja karyawan di KCP BRI Gading Bouileivard Raya Kanca Jakarta Artha Gading. Hasil peineilitian meinuinjuikkan bahwa kompeinsasi juiga meimiliki peingaruih yang positif dan signifikan teirhadap kineirja karyawan di KCP BRI Gading Bouileivard Raya Kanca Jakarta Artha Gading. Hasil peineilitian meinuinjuikkan bahwa disiplin keirja meimiliki peingaruih yang positif dan signifikan teirhadap kineirja karyawan di KCP BRI Gading Bouileivard Raya Kanca Jakarta Artha Gading. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership style, compensation, and worker discipline on performance. The type of research approach that the author uses is quantitative as a scientific method because the data is concrete, objective, measurable, rational and systematic. The sample used in this study used a non-probability sample method with a sampling technique of purposive sampling and the population in this study was employees of BRI Sub- Branch Office (KCP) Gading Boulevard Raya totaling 105 people and obtained a sample of 83 respondents. To find out the number of samples, the formula used is the Slovin formula. The data processing technique in this study uses the help of a Structural Equaation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of the study suggest that the leadership style may have a positive and significant influence on the kineirja of employees at KCP BRI Gading Bouileivard Raya Kanca Jakarta Artha Gading. The results of the study suggest that the competition may also have a positive and significant influence on the kineir of employees at KCP BRI Gading Bouileivard Raya Kanca Jakarta Artha Gading. The results of the study suggest that keirja discipline has a positive and significant influence on the kineirja of employees at KCP BRI Gading Boulevard Raya Kanca Jakarta Artha Gading.
