Abstract

Among the many factors possessed by human resources, innovative work behavior is considered to play a key role in the performance of members or employees of an institution. Innovative work behavior can be influenced by the expectations of individuals. This study aims to see the relationship between harapan and Innovative Work Behavior in BPOM RI employees. This research is a quantitative study with a correlational research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting online questionnaires. Respondents in this study as many as 252 people. The results of the Pearson correlation test obtained a significance value of 0.000 which means that there is a significant relationship between harapan and IWB in BPOM RI employees and the two variables are positively correlated, the higher the hope possessed by employees, the more innovative behavior is. Keywords: Hope, IWB, Employees, BPOM Di antara banyak faktor yang dimiliki sumberdaya manusia, perilaku inovatif dinilai berperan kunci dalam kinerja anggota atau pegawai dari suatu institusi. Perilaku inovatif kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh adanya harapan pada individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara harapan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada Pegawai BPOM RI Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan kuesioner online. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 252 orang. Hasil uji korelasi Pearson diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara harapan dan IWB pada pegawai BPOM RI dan kedua variabel berkorelasi positif, semakin tinggi harapan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai maka semakin bertambah pula perilaku inovasinya.
