Abstract

Decision Support Systems (DSS) are part of a computer-based information system that is used to support decisions in an activity. One thing that can be implemented using SPK is choosing tourism in Jakarta. Selection of tourism often becomes crucial when the object does not match the intended parameters. Therefore, this research will discuss the SPK for selecting tourist attractions, especially in Jakarta, which will be processed using a combination of two methods, namely the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. There are seven criteria used in this research, namely entrance fees, tourist distance, visit time, tourist rating, facilities, cleanliness and accessibility. The results of the AHP calculation with a CI value of 0.0102 and CR 0.008 so that the weights obtained are 0.08, 0.36, 0.14, 0.05, 0.08, 0.14, 0.14 with these weights calculated using SAW, the highest value is 0,848 and the lowest value is 0.454. With a decision system using a combination of the two AHP and SAW methods, the time required is shorter and it is easier to select tours. Keywords: DSS, Tours, AHP, SAW Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang digunakan untuk mendukung keputusan dalam suatu kegiatan. Salah satu yang dapat diterapkan menggunakan SPK yaitu pemilihan wisata di Jakarta. Pemilihan wisata kerap kali menjadi krusial saat objek tidak sesuai dengan parameter yang dituju. Oleh karena itu, penelitian kali ini akan membahas tentang SPK pemilihan tempat wisata khususnya di Jakarta yang akan di proses menggunakan kombinasi dua metode yaitu metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Ada tujuh kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu biaya masuk, jarak wisata, waktu kunjungan, rating wisata, fasilitas, kebersihan, dan aksesibilitas. Hasil dari perhitungan AHP dengan nilai CI 0.0102 dan CR 0.008 sehingga bobot yang di dapatkan adalah 0.08, 0.36, 0.14, 0.05, 0.08, 0.14, 0.14 dengan bobot tersebut dihitung menggunakan SAW diproleh nilai tertinggi yaitu 0,848 dan nilai terendah 0,454. Dengan adanya sistem keputusan menggunakan kombinasi dua metode AHP dan SAW maka waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih singkat dan lebih mudah dalam penyeleksian wisata. Kata Kunci: SPK, Wisata, AHP, SAW
