Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation and compensation on employee performance at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika. The research object is employees of RSIA Kenari Graha Medika with a total sample of 68 employees from 200 existing population. The independent variable is motivation and compensation while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis test. From the result of this research show that partially variable of motivation and komepnsasi give significant and positive influence to Employee Performance, meaning there is significant and positive influence between independent variable (motivation and compensation) to dependent variable (Employee Performance) at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika.
