Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ. Kinerja yakni perilaku yang ditunjukkan individu untuk menggapai tujuan organisasi. Pelatihan yakni proses pelatihan jangka pendek dengan mempergunakan prosedur yang sistematis dan terorganisir di mana personel non-manajer menggapai pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis untuk tujuan terbatas. Pengembangan karir juga dapat dipahami sebagai proses peningkatan kapasitas kerja individu untuk menggapai karir yang didambakan. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 orang karyawan PT. XYZ dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. XYZ dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.296, yang berarti variabel pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0.296 atau 29.6% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Career development can also be understood as an individual's increased work capacity to achieve coveted careers. 105 samples with the over-saturated sample technique. Data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Research explains that job training and career development both affect both partial and simultaneous performance on performance by employees xyz with a 0.296 coefficient determinations value, which means the variable labor training and career development has an impact of 0296 or 29.6% on the employee performance variables.
