Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisa Perbandingan Dinding Bata Merah Dengan Dinding M-System Ditinjau Dari Kuat Tekan , Waktu Dan Biaya, Nama : Ricky Wijayanto, NIM : 41116310016, Pembimbing : Resi Aseanto, ST, MT. Tahun 2019. Saat ini selain bata merah sebagai material dinding, sudah tersedia material alternatif lain yang disebut dengan dinding M-System. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, manakah kuat tekan dinding yang lebih besar dan efektif waktu pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium DUSASPUN, Bogor pada bulan Mei 2019. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sesuai keadaan di lapangan dengan mencatat komposisi pekerjaan, jam kerja efektif, dan hasil pekerjaan per harinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutu dari dinding M-System memiliki nilai yang lebih besar, yaitu pada benda uji Ke-1 hari ke-7 (100.24 kg/cm²) dan benda uji Ke-2 hari ke-7 (102.54 kg/cm²). Dibandingkan dinding bata merah Pabrik (71.58 kg/cm²) dan konvensional (30.59 kg/cm²). Pekerjaan dinding M-System berdasarkan metode Daily Record Sheet produktivitas rata - rata pemasangan dinding M-System sebesar 12.5 m²/jam dan dinding batu bata yaitu sebesar 1.25 m²/jam. Kata Kunci : Analisa Perbandingan Dinding Bata Merah Dengan Dinding M-System Ditinjau Dari Kuat Tekan, Waktu Dan Biaya. ABSTRACT Title: Comparative Analysis of the Red Brick Wall With Wall M-System Seen From Compressive Strength, Time And Cost, Name: Ricky Wijayanto, NIM: 41116310016, Supervisor: Resi Aseanto, ST, MT. 2019. Currently, besides the red brick as a wall material, other alternatives already available material called M-System wall. This study aims to determine, which of the compressive strength of the larger walls and the effective time of implementation. This research was conducted in the laboratory DUSASPUN, Bogor in May 2019. The study was conducted by collecting data according to circumstances on the ground by noting the composition of employment, hours of work effective, and the results of work per day.
