Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Firm Size, and Debt to Equity Ratio on firm value. Firm value in this study is proxied using Price to Book Value. The population in this research consists of companies in the Hotel, Resort & Cruise Line sub-industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2021. Secondary data, in the form of annual financial reports obtained form the publication reports of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website of the companies, were used in this study. Sampling was done using purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 7 companies. The data analysis method employed in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 12 software. The results of the study indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a positive and significant impact on firm value, while Current Ratio and Firm Size do not affect firm value. Keyword: Current Ratio, Firm Size, Debt to Equity Ratio, Firm Value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Firm Size, dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dalam penelitian ini diproaksikan menggunakan Price to Book Value. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pada perusahaan Sub-Industri Hotels, Resorts & Cruise Line yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2021. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari laporan publikasi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan website resmi perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 12. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Current Ratio dan Firm Size tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
