Abstract
Indonesia has a high risk of earthquake disasters so that the given earthquake load affects the stability of different structures in apartments according to their height and number of floors. Structural collapse can occur if the apartment structure is not stiff enough so that additional structures are needed in the form of coupled shears or core walls. The Stature Jakarta project has a total of 16 floors which will be designed in its structure due to the influence of earthquake loads using core walls. In planning this structure, F'c 35 Mpa and 45 Mpa, Fy 400 Mpa and 240 Mpa, SNI 17262019, SNI 1727-2020, and SNI 2847-2019 are used. The earthquake load was analyzed using the Dual System response spectrum analysis method. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the structural modeling, structural behavior consisting of structural periods, static and dynamic shear forces, deviations between floors, P-Delta influence, as well as horizontal and vertical irregularities have met the SNI 1726-2019 reference. The structural reinforcement in the floor plate is D10, the beam structure is D22 to D10, the column structure is D32 to D13, the core wall structure is D25 to D13, and the coupling beam structure is D32 to D13. Indonesia memiliki tingkat resiko bencana gempa besar sehingga beban gempa yang diberikan mempengaruhi stabilitas struktur yang berbeda-beda pada apartemen sesuai dengan tinggi dan jumlah lantainya. Keruntuhan struktur dapat terjadi apabila struktur apartemen tidak cukup kaku sehingga diperlukan struktur tambahan berupa coupled shear atau core wall. Proyek The Stature Jakarta memiliki jumlah 16 lantai yang akan didesain pada strukturnya akibat pengaruh beban gempa dengan menggunakan core wall. Pada perencanan struktur ini menggunakan F’c 35 Mpa dan 45 Mpa, Fy 400 Mpa dan 240 Mpa, SNI 1726-2019, SNI 1727-2020, dan SNI 2847-2019. Beban gempa dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis respon spektrum dengan Sistem Ganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat pemodelan struktur, perilaku struktur yang terdiri dari perioda struktur, gaya geser statik dan dinamis, simpangan antar lantai, pengaruh P-Delta, serta ketidakberaturan horizontal maupun vertikal sudah memenuhi acuan SNI 17262019. Penulangan struktur pada pelat lantai yaitu D10, struktur balok yaitu D22 sampai dengan D10, struktur kolom yaitu D32 sampai dengan D13, struktur core wall yaitu D25 sampai dengan D13, dan struktur coupling beam yaitu D32 sampai dengan D13.
