Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Work Engagement and Innovation Capacity on Innovative Work Behavior among employees of Bank BUMN X in West Jakarta. The type of research used in this research is to use a quantitative approach. The population of this study were employees of Bank BUMN X in West Jakarta. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total of 110 employees of Bank BUMN X. The quantitative method used in testing the hypothesis is the T-test and F-test because they want to test the significant level of the influence of the independent variables partially and jointly on the dependent variable with the help of SPSS for Windows version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of Work Engagement and Innovation Capacity on Innovative Work Behavior, namely obtaining a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Which means that there is influence between the two variables X on variable Y. Which means that there is influence from the independent variables on the dependent variable. Keywords : Work Engagement, Innovation Capacity, Innovative Work Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara Work Engagement dan Innovation Capacity terhadap Innovative Work Behavior pada karyawan Bank BUMN X di Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank BUMN X di Jakarta Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 110 orang karyawan Bank BUMN X. Metode kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis adalah Uji T dan Uji F karena ingin menguji tingkat signifikan dari pengaruh variabel independen secara parsial dan bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen dengan bantuan SPSS for Windows versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Work Engagement dan Innovation Capacity terhadap Innovative Work Behavior yaitu mendapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05). Yang artinya bahwa adanya pengaruh dari variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Kata Kunci : Kapasitas Inovasi, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif
