Abstract
The area that will be used as MNC World™ Lido – Theme Park is a valley with various contours. Under such conditions, a very large amount of stockpiling must be carried out. The fill work will be carried out in the MNC World™ Lido – Theme Park area with a height of 30 m and a total area of 110,000 m2. The embankment is carried out in the valley area with the condition that the bottom of the valley consists of clay deposits with a soft consistency. With a very large embankment volume, there will be a settlement in the subgrade of the embankment. In this study, the estimated settlement calculation will be carried out using Plaxis 2D software and the final settlement estimate using the Asaoka method based on Settlement Plate data that has been observed for one year after the embankment reaches the design elevation. The final result of the analysis shows that there are differences in field settlement and analysis using Plaxis 2D software. The average difference in the decline reached 5 cm. Keywords: Land subsidence, Asaoka method, Plaxis 2D, Settlement Plate Daerah yang akan dijadikan MNC World™ Lido – Theme Park merupakan lembah dengan kontur yang beragam. Dengan kondisi yang demikian, harus dilakukan penimbunan dalam jumlah yang sangat besar. Pekerjaan pengisian timbunan tanah akan dilakukan di area MNC World™ Lido – Theme Park dengan ketinggian mencapai 30 meter dan luas total mencapai 110.000 m2. Timbunan dilakukan pada area lembah dengan kondisi bagian bawah lembah terdiri dari endapan tanah liat dengan konsistensi lunak. Dengan volume timbunan yang sangat besar, akan terjadi penurunan pada tanah dasar timbunan. Pada penelitian ini, akan dilakukan perhitungan perkiraan penurunan menggunakan software Plaxis 2D dan perkiraan penurunan akhir mengunakan metode Asaoka berdasarkan data Settlement Plate yang telah diamati selama satu tahun setelah timbunan mencapai elevasi rencana. Hasil akhir analisa menunjukan adanya perbedaan penurunan lapangan dan analisa menggunakan software Plaxis 2D. Rata-rata perbedaan penurunan mencapai 5 cm.
