Abstract
Banten Province Department of Transportation since 2018 has carried out by maintenance contractor of public street lighting (APJ). The implementation of these activities from 2018 to 2020 there are several problems such as Real Estimate of Cost (RAB) in contract which comes from Real Estimate of Cost from offered by contractor there are some items whose price is higher and lower than Self Estimate of Cost (HPS) where published by Banten Province Department of Transportation and other contractors, the quality of the electrical installation of Street Lighting Equipment (APJ) is not good so it is easily damaged again, slow/immediate APJ maintenance work, as well as documentation of the implementation of work that is not good and complete, so that the selection criteria for a good APJ maintenance contractor are needed. The author arranges the variables from the criteria from the results of the literature and interviews with respondents, then weights them with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to produce useful criteria for making decisions on the selection of the contractor for the maintenance of the APJ. Keyword: Public Street Lighting (APJ), contractors criteria, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Banten sejak tahun 2018 mulai melaksanakan pemeliharaan APJ yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut dari tahun 2018 sampai 2020 terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti RAB dalam kontrak yang berasal dari RAB penawaran terdapat beberapa item-item harganya lebih tinggi dan lebih rendah dari Harga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS) Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Banten dan kontraktor lainnya yang kegiatannya sejenis, kualitas instalasi elektrikal Alat Penerangan Jalan (APJ) yang kurang baik sehingga mudah rusak kembali, lambatnya pengerjaan pemeliharaan APJ yang bersifat darurat/segera, serta dokumentasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang kurang baik dan lengkap, sehingga diperlukan kriteriakriteria pemilihan kontraktor pelaksana pemeliharaan APJ yang baik dan sesuai harapan. Penulis menyusun variabel-variabel dari kriteria-kriteria dari hasil literatur dan wawancara kepada para responden, kemudian melakukan pembobotan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menghasilkan kriteria-kriteria yang berguna untuk mengambil keputusan pemilihan kontraktor pelaksana pemeliharaan APJ tersebut.
