Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of E-service Quality Dimensions Trust, Reliability, Responsive, Web Design On Buying Decision On Bukalapak.com. The population in this study were people in the Cengkareng area, West Jakarta who had made transactions in Bukalapak in the last 6 months (April-September 2019). The sample used was 100 respondents, calculated based on the Hair formula. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that trust has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Responsive has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Web Design has a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Keywords : Dimensi E-service Quality, Buying Decision, Bukalapak.com Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Dimensi E-service Quality Trust, Reliability, Responsive, Web Design Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Bukalapak.com. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di wilayah Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat yang telah melakukan transaksi dalam Bukalapak pada waktu 6 bulan terakhir (April-September 2019). Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Hair. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Responsive berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Web Design berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
