Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, and competence on employee performance (Study of State Civil Servants in Transportation Human Resources Development Agency). The research method uses a quantitative approach and the type of research is causal research. The study population was 1,587 permanent employees in the BPSDM Transportation Work Unit and Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) in Jabodetabek. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling and the number of samples was 94 employees. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires. The method of quantitative data analysis uses multiple linear regression method. The results showed that 1) Leadership partially has the strongest and most significant effect on employee performance in the Transportation Human Resources Development Agency. 2) Job satisfaction partially has a significant effect on employee performance in the Transportation HR Development Agency. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior partially has a significant effect on employee performance in the Transportation Human Resources Development Agency. 4) Employee competence partially has a significant effect on employee performance in the Transportation HR Development Agency. 5) Leadership, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, employee competence together have a significant effect on employee performance in the Transportation HR Development Agency. The conclusion of this research is that leadership partially has the strongest and most significant effect on employee performance in the Human Resources Development Agency for Transportation, followed by job satisfaction, employee competence and organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitiannya causal research. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 1.587 pegawai tetap di Unit Kerja dan Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) BPSDM Perhubungan yang berada di Jabodetabek. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya proportional stratified random sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 pegawai. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh paling kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan. 2) Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan. 3) Organizational citizenship behavior secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan. 4) Kompetensi pegawai secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan. 5) Kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior, kompetensi pegawai secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan. Kesimpulan penelitian diketahui bahwa Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh paling kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lingkungan Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan, selanjutnya diikuti oleh kepuasan kerja, kompetensi pegawai dan organizational citizenship behavior.
