Abstract
Every year in every construction there is a very high residual material, where the material residue is very detrimental to the social and surrounding environment. So the results of this study we can determine countermeasures and minimize the occurrence of residual material. With this research, the objective of this research is to overcome the remaining material in Indonesia through material management by minimizing material damage. Research using data survey methods through questionnaires and interviews to see what types of material experience the material and can handle it to prevent material residue. Based on the test results of 24 variables, the remaining 21 variables for preventing and handling material waste are 4 classifications, namely: (1) Reduce, which includes variables X1, X2, X3, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X11, X12, X13, X14, (2) Reuse, which includes variables X15, X16, X17, (3) Recycle, which includes variables X18, X19, X20, X21, (4) Salvage, which includes variables X22, X23. Of the 21 variables above, it is known that the variables that greatly affect the prevention and handling of waste materials according to the ranking are (X7) Recorded materials that can be recycled or can be reused or become waste, (X11) perform efficient construction methods, (X17) deconstructed materials . Keyword: handling, Prevention, Waste material. Setiap Tahun pada tiap pembangunan pasti adanya sisa material yang sangat tinggi, dimana sisa material itu sangat merugikan untuk sosial maupun lingkungan sekitar. Jadi hasil dari penelitian ini kita dapat mengetahui penanggulangan maupun meminimalisir terjadinya sisa material.Dengan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanggulangi sisa – sisa material yang ada di Indonesia dalam melalui di manajemen materialnya dengan meminimalisir terjadinya sisa material. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dan wawancara untuk mengetahui jenis material apa saja yang mengalami sisa material serta dapat melakukan penanganan untuk mencegah terjadinya sisa material. Berdasarkan Hasil pengujian dari 24 variabel, tersisa 21 variabel pencegahan dan penanganan waste material terdapat 4 klasifikasi yaitu : (1)Reduce, yang meliputi variabel X1, X2, X3, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10, X11, X12, X13, X14, (2) Reuse, yang meliputi vaariabel X15, X16, X17, (3) Recycle, yang meliputi variabel X18, X19, X20, X21, (4) Salvage, Yang meliputi variabel X22, X23. Dari 21 variabel diatas, diketahui variabel yang sangat mempengaruhi untuk pencegahan dan penanganan waste material sesuai ranking yaitu (X7) Mencatat material yang bisa didaur ulang atau dapat digunakan kembali atau menjadi sampah, (X11) Melakukan Metoda Konstruksi yang efisien, (X17) Memanfaatkan material dekonstruksi. Kata Kunci : Penanganan, Pencegahan, Sisa Material.
