Abstract
Often face the fact that a road pavement project requires a large amount of aggregate which may one day run out or the price will be higher. Alternative efforts to limit the use of natural aggregates and the increasing price of mixed materials, currently there are many recycling technologies from waste, one of which is the use of bottom ash waste as a substitute for filler and concrete waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate in AC - BC laston pavement mixtures. in this study using the hotmix mixed method (SNI 06-24891991 General Specifications of Highways 2018). Marshall testing in this study was carried out in 3 stages, the filler mixture using portland cement to obtain KAO has obtained a value of 6.6% with variations in asphalt content ranging from 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6, 5%, and 7%. Testing of waste concrete and natural stone with variations of 100%: 0%, 80%: 20%, 60%: 40%, 40: 60%, 20%: 80%, 0%: 100% obtained the optimum concrete debris content of 80 % concrete debris, and testing of bottom ash and portland cement waste with variations of 0%: 100%, 25%: 75%, 50%: 50%, 75: 75%, 100%: 0% to determine the optimum filler content, the result is 75 % bottom ash. The iks results on a mixture of 6.6% asphalt content with 80% concrete waste and 75% bottom ash get an iks value of 93% where this value meets the IKS value requirement of >90%. Proyek perencanaan perkerasan jalan membutuhkan jumlah agregat yang tidak sedikit, sehingga mungkin pada suatu saat akan habis atau harga semakin tinggi. Upaya alternatif untuk membatasi penggunaan agregat alam saat ini sudah banyak dilakukan dengan teknologi daur ulang dari limbah. Salah satunya penggunaan limbah bottom ash sebagai pengganti filler dan limbah beton sebagai pengganti agregat kasar yang digunakan secara terpisah. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini akan dicoba memadukan keduanya pada campuran perkerasan laston AC - BC dengan menggunakan metode campuran hotmix (SNI 06-2489-1991 Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018). Metoda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui karakteristik campuran adalah Marshall Test yang dilakukan dalam 3 tahap. Tahap 1, penentuan KAO dari campuran AC-BC standard, dengan menggunakan variasi aspal 4.5%, 5%, 5.5%, 6%, 6.5, dan7% di dapatkan KAO sebesar 6.6%, filler semen portland dan agregat kasar batu alam. Selanjutnya tahap 2, menentukan kadar puing beton optimum (KPO) dari hasil pengujian limbah beton dan batu alam dengan variasi 100% : 0%, 80% : 20%, 60% : 40%, 40 : 60%, 20% : 80%, 0% : 100% di dapatkan kadar puing optimum sebesar 80% puing beton : 20% batu alam dan. Terakhir adalah penentuan Kadar bottom ash optimum dari campuran dengan KAO,KPO dan variasi bottom ash 0% : 100%, 25% : 75%, 50% : 50%, 75 : 75%, 100% : 0%. Didapatkan kadar filler optimum sebesar 75% bottom ash : 25% semen portland. IKS sebesar 93% dan memenuhi syarat nilai IKS yaitu >90%.
