Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and motivation on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative with a causal research design. The population of this study were all employees of PT Kazeto Putra Perkasa as many as 77 people. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, the sampling method is using saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially organizational culture and motivation had a significant effect on employee performance, while organizational commitment had no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational culture, organizational commitment and motivation have no significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions for companies to maintain and improve organizational culture, organizational commitment and motivation to improve employee achievement and performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Kazeto Putra Perkasa sebanyak 77 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling, cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi untuk meningkatkan pencapaian hasil dan prestasi kinerja karyawan.
