Abstract

Informasi merupakan suatu asset yang sangat penting dan berharga dalam segala aktifitas baik dalam aktifitas bisnis, pendidikan, kebudayaan dan ilmu pengetahuan serta tekhnologi. Memandang pentingnya informasi tersebut, guna menunjang peningkatan kinerja dan kerja Direktorat dalam pengolahan informasi yang baik khsusunya di bidang kebudayaan yang menangani pengelolaan, pengolahan, pemanfaatan aset peninggalan bersejarah Bangsa Indonesia maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menunjang pengolahan informasi tersebut, terutama pengolahan informasi Tata Persuratan dan Dokumentasi yang merupakan prioritas utama dalam penataannya. yaitu Aplikasi Tata Persuratan dan Dokumentasi di lingkungan Direktorat Pelestarian Cagar Budaya dan Permuseuman. Tujuan dalam Perancangan Aplikasi Tata Persuratan dan Dokumentasi adalah : Untuk memahami pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar, Untuk menjadi lebih informative, menghasilkan keakuratan data.dan menjaga kearsipan dokumen.untuk itu dilakukan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model pengembangan RAD (Rapid Application Development). Dalam Laporan Skripsi ini diuraikan aktifitas-aktifitas yang dihasilkan dalam tahap-tahap pengembangannya. analisis untuk Tata Persuratan dan Dokumentasi dibatasi pada salah satu model proses yaitu mengenai aliran inforamasi yang disampaikan. Pada tahap akhir pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan implementasi dan testing mengenai pengujian aplikasi ini dibahas pada bagian akhir skripsi ini. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan Informasi, Penataan dan Pemanfaatan Information is an asset that is very important and valuable in all activities both in business activities, education, culture and science and technology. Recognizes the importance of such information, to support performance improvement and working in the Directorate of good information processing especially welcome in the field of culture that handles the management, processing, utilization of the Indonesian Nation's historic heritage assets is needed an information system that can support the processing of such information, particularly information processing of procedures correspondences and documentation that is the main priority in the arrangement. the Application Procedures and Documentation mail within the Directorate of Cultural Preservation and Museum. The purpose of the Design Application Procedures and Documentation mail is: To understand the management of incoming and outgoing mail, To be more informative, generate accurate archives Document for data. And keep it performed the software development process model development RAD (Rapid Application Development). In this thesis report described the activities resulting in the development stages. analysis for Procedure and documentation mail is limited to one model of the process is the flow out information submitted. In the final stage of software development is done on the implementation and testing application testing is discussed at the end of this thesis.
