Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Collaboration Behavior and learning agility among employees Franchise Retail of the South Jakarta as responsibility and readiness in facing work situations in this fast paced era. Respondents in this study were 156 employees. Respondents who were used as the research sample as a whole from the lower level to the upper level, so that this study was able to get an idea of how much the character of the Collaboration Behavior with 3 dimensions, namely Interpersonal Understanding, Teamwork and Cooperative, Team Leadership, and learning agility behavior with 7 item dimensions, namely Cognitive Perspective, Interpersonal Acumen, Change Alacrity, Drive to Excel, Self Insight, Feedback Responsiveness, Environmental Mindfulness. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between Collaboration Behavior and learning agility, the higher one's Collaboration Behavior, the higher the learning agility. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Perilaku Collaboration dan Learning Agility pada karyawan Ritel Waralaba sebagai tanggung jawab, dan kesiapan dalam menghadapi situasi pekerjaan pada era yang serba cepat. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah 156 karyawan. Responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian adalah dari level bawah hingga level atas, agar penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan gambaran seberapa besar karakter dari Perilaku Collaboration dengan 3 dimensi item yaitu Interpersonal Understanding, Teamwork and Cooperation, Team Leadership dan perilaku Learning Agility dengan 7 dimensi item yaitu Cognitive Perspective, Interpersonal Acumen, Change Alacrity, Drive to Excel, Self Insight, Feedback Responsiveness, Environmental Mindfulness. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Perilaku Collaboration dengan Learning Agility, semakin tinggi Perilaku Collaboration seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi juga Learning Agility.
