Abstract
This study aims to find out and examine further the influence of psychological capital and innovation capacity on innovation performance. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach, which focuses on collecting data by determining the magnitude and direction of the hypotheses made in the study. This study proposed three hypotheses, that is a significant influence between psychological capital and innovation capacity on the innovation performance of employees at PT Nikomas Gemilang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 82 PT Nikomas Gemilang employee respondents based on predetermined characteristics. The hypotheses were tested using simple and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 27. The results showed that there was a positive influence from the three hypotheses proposed. By conducting this research, it is hoped that it will be of particular benefit to PT Nikomas Gemilang in being able to create a conducive environment and provide resources or facilitate its employees, both from a technical and non-technical perspective. Keywords: innovation capacity, innovation performance, psychological capital Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh psychological capital, innovation capacity terhadap innovation performance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, yang fokus pada pengumpulan data dengan menentukan besaran dan arah hipotesis yang dibuat dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini mengemukakan tiga hipotesis yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif antara psychological capital, innovation capacity terhadap innovation performance pada karyawan di PT Nikomas Gemilang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 82 responden karyawan PT Nikomas Gemilang berdasarkan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, dengan bantuan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat bermanfaat terutama bagi PT Nikomas Gemilang untuk dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, serta mampu menyediakan sumber daya atau memfasilitasi karyawannya, baik dari segi teknis maupun non-teknis.
