Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the influence of The Internet Financial Reporting, Independen Board Of Commissioners, The Size Of Board Directors, And Firm Size On Firm Value . The population in this study is a company on Sector Property, Real Estate, and Construction Buildings Companies Which Registered on The Stock Exchange in Period 2016-2017. Based on the purposive sampling method there are 65 final samples from this study. The hypothesis in this study will be tested using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that The Size of Board Directors and Firm Size have a significant effect on Firm Value, while Internet Financial Reporting and Independen Board of Commissioners do not have a significant effect on Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujun untuk membuktikan secara Empiris Pengaruh Internet Financial Reporting, Dewan Komisaris Independen, Ukuran Dewan Direksi, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam sektor Property, Real Estate, dan Construction Building yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2017. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling terdapat 65 sample akhir dari penelitian ini. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini akan di uji menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Ukuran Dewan Direksi, dan Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sedangkan Internet Financial Reporting dan Dewan Komisaris Independen tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci: Nilai Perusahaan, Internet Financial Reproting, Dewan Komisaris Independen, Ukuran Dewan Direksi, Ukuran Perusahaan.
