Abstract
This study aims to see: (1) The quality of service at PT. Pharmacon (2) The level of customer satisfaction of PT. Pharmacon (3) The influence of the service quality of PT. PT. Pharmacon on customer satisfaction with NAZA TLX metode This type of research is quantitative. The data technique was carried out through literature and field studies in the form of observations, questionnaires, agency data and documentation. The total population of the study was 24,332 with a sample of 100 people randomly selected. Keywords: workload, service quality, NASA TLX Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Kualitas pelayanan PT. PT. Pharmacon (2) Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PT. PT. Pharmacon (3) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan PT. PT. Pharmacon terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan metoda NASA TLX. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan penelitian lapangan yang berupa observasi, kuesioner, data instansi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah populasi penelitian adalah sebanyak 24.332 dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih secara acak. Kata kunci : beban kerja,kualitas pelayanan,NASA TLX
