Abstract

PT. Mandalaraya Pilar Sakti dituntut untuk menggunakan aktivitas pemasaran yang tepat, sehingga masalah yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini, yaitu “Bagaimana aktivitas pemasaran dengan metode marketing mix 7P di PT. Mandalaraya Pilar Sakti?”. Adapun tujuan penelitian yang ingin diperoleh dalam penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis aktivitas pemasaran dengan metode marketing mix 7P di PT. Mandalaraya Pilar Sakti. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, jenis data berupa data kualitatif dengan sumber informasi berupa data primer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menguraikan data dalam bentuk kalimat teratur dimana langkah-langkah yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Mandalaraya Pilar Sakti telah menerapkan aktivitas pemasaran menggunakan marketing mix melalui 7P yaitu product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, dan process. Kata kunci: Aktivitas, Marketing Mix, 7P PT. Mandalaraya Pilar Sakti is required to use appropriate marketing activities, so the problem to be examined in this study is "How are marketing activities with the 7P marketing mix method at PT. Mandalaraya Sakti Pillar?”. The research objectives to be obtained in this research are to analyze marketing activities with the 7P marketing mix method at PT. Mandalaraya Sakti Pillar. The type of research used is descriptive research, the type of data is in the form of qualitative data with the source of information in the form of primary data. Data collection is done through observation and interviews. The method of data processing is done by describing the data in the form of regular sentences where the steps used in analyzing the data are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of the research show that PT. Mandalaraya Pilar Sakti has implemented marketing activities using the marketing mix through 7P, namely product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process.
