Abstract
Food trucks that provide fresh fruit drinks and processed foods are a healthy living trend to meet the needs of the community. The purpose of this design is to produce an innovative food truck that can meet the needs of sellers, add value to the interaction between sellers and buyers, and give a good first impression. This design can produce several desired results, such as an ideal food truck with a design that focuses on comfort in serving activities, integration of healthy lifestyles through processed fruit menus, introduction of local cuisine, positive effects on public health, business sustainability, competitive differences, and flexibility and interaction. The needs of contemporary customers can be met with this design, and can help the creative culinary scene thrive. Keywords: Food Truck, Exterior and Interior, Culinary, Beverages and food fresh fruit preparations, Healthy Lifestyle Trend Food truck yang menyediakan minuman dan makanan olahan buah segar merupakan trend hidup sehat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sebuah food truck inovatif yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan penjual, menambah nilai interaksi antara penjual dan pembeli, dan memberikan kesan pertama yang baik. Perancangan ini dapat menghasilkan beberapa hasil yang diinginkan, seperti food truck yang ideal dengan desain yang berfokus pada kenyamanan dalam aktivitas pelayan, integrasi gaya hidup sehat melalui menu olahan buah, pengenalan kuliner lokal, memberikan efek positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat, keberlanjutan bisnis, perbedaan yang kompetitif, dan fleksibilitas dan interaksi. Kebutuhan pelanggan kontemporer dapat dipenuhi dengan desain ini, dan dapat membantu berkembangnya dunia kuliner yang kreatif.
