Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul : Analisa Karakteristik Ruang Parkir dan Kinerja Ruas Jalan Masjid Al – Hawi Jalan Raya Condet (Studi Kasus Masjid Al – Hawi Jalan Raya Condet). Nama: Agus Suryana. NIM: 41118310009. Dosen Pembimbing: Ir. Zaenal Arifin, MT., 2023. Masjid Al – Hawi tepatnya di Jalan Raya Condet mempunyai lahan parkir yang belum memadai, sehingga jamaah yang ingin beribadah terpaksa menggunakan bahu jalan untuk memarkirkan kendaraannya. Analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kondisi lahan parkir serta karakteristik parkir yang terdiri dari volume, akumulasi, durasi, indeks, dan angka pergantian parkir (PTO) lalu menganalisis kebutuhan ruang parkir yang didapatkan dari volume parkir dan durasi parkir serta menganalisis kinerja ruas jalan berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan antara volume, kapasitas, kecepatan, derajat kejenuhan dan tingkat pelayanan jalan. Volume parkir dari 3 hari survei telah dilakukan terdapat angka kendaraan keluar dan masuk tertinggi untuk kendaraan mobil yang masuk puncaknya terjadi pukul 12.00 – 13.00 dengan 21 kendaraan, sedangkan untuk motor 45 pukul 12.00 – 13.00. Dengan indeks mobil 93% dan untuk motor 158% untuk akumulasi tertinggi yaitu 14 mobil dan 63 motor serta durasi rata – rata parkir 3 jam dan angka pergantian parkir 6 kendaraan/SRP/Hari. Pada kinerja ruas jalan untuk derajat kejenuhan di jam sibuk terdapat di siang hari 0,82 dengan kategori D, kondisi ini cukup dianggap jenuh dengan kapasitas jalan sebesar 1397 smp/jam. ABSTRACT Title: Analysis of Parking Space Characteristics and Performance of the Al - Hawi Mosque Jalan Raya Condet (Case Study of the Al - Hawi Mosque Jalan Raya Condet). Name: Agus Suryana. The Al – Hawi Mosque, precisely on Jalan Raya Condet, has inadequate parking space, so worshipers who want to worship are forced to use the shoulder of the road to park their vehicles. The analysis in this research is to determine the condition of the parking lot and parking characteristics consisting of volume, accumulation, duration, index and parking turnover rate (PTO), then analyze the need for parking space obtained from parking volume and parking duration and analyze the performance of the road segment based on the survey. that has been carried out between volume, capacity, speed, degree of saturation and level of road service. In the parking volume of the 3 days the survey was conducted, there were the highest numbers of incoming and outgoing vehicles for cars which peaked at 12.00 – 13.00 with 21 vehicles, while for motorbikes it was 45 at 12.00 – 13.00. With a car index of 93% and for motorbikes 158%, the highest accumulation is 14 cars and 63 motorbikes and the average parking duration is 3 hours and the parking turnover rate is 6 vehicles/SRP/Day. In terms of road performance, the degree of saturation during peak hours is 0.82 during the day with category D, this condition is considered saturated enough with a road capacity of 1397 pcu/hour.
