Abstract
Bearings are often encountered on piston motors 4 No, one of them in the cylinder head. The bearing functions as a camshaft bearing to adjust the rotation of the valve cap opening. So that it will cause the bearing to work continuously and accelerate the damage in the long term. One of them is caused by vibration on the bearing. This research was conducted using Ansys software assistance to predict bearing damage by seeing the frequency that occurred. This simulation uses bearing type deep groove bearing, simulation testing is carried out under normal conditions with three variations of rotation. From the simulation, Ansys gets the following frequency: 1000rpm rotation gets a frequency of 163.8Hz at 1050rpm and gets 198Hz and 1100rpm gets a frequency of 201.82Hz. The simulation results were compared with experimental testing. It was concluded that the simulation frequency was greater than the frequency of testing experiments and the graphs produced by the simulation looked smoother than the experimental tests. The frequency analysis as a parameter for bearing normal conditions with vulnerable frequency values is not more than 150 Hz-210 Hz. Keywords: 4 stroke motor, bearing, vibration, frequency, ANSYS. Bearing sering di jumpai pada motor torak 4 Tak, salah satunya di dalam cylinder head. Bearing berfungsi sebagai bantalan camshaft untuk mengatur putaran buka tutup valve. Sehingga akan mengakibatkan bearing bekerja terus menerus dan mempercepat kerusakan dalam jangka waktu panjang. Salah satunya di akibatkan oleh getaran pada bearing tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software Ansys untuk memprediksi kerusakan bearing dengan melihat frekuensi yang terjadi. Simulasi ini memakai bearing jenis deep groove bearing, simulasi pengujian dilakukan dalam kondisi normal dengan tiga variasi putaran. Dari simulasi ansys di dapatkan frekuensi sebagai berikut: putaran 1000rpm mendapatkan frekuensi 163,8Hz pada putaran 1050rpm mendapatkan frekuensi 198Hz dan putaran 1100rpm mendapatkan frekuensi 201,82Hz. Hasil simulasi tersebut dibandingkan dengan pengujian eksperiment.didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa frekuensi simulasi lebih besar dibanding dengan frekuensi pengujian eksperiment dan grafik yang dihasilkan simulasi terlihat lebih smooth dibandingkan dengan pengujian eksperiment. Analisa frekuensi tersebut sebagai parameter pada bearing kondisi normal dengan rentan nilai frekuensi tidak lebih dari 150 Hz-210 Hz. Kata kunci: Motor 4 Tak, Bearing, Getaran, frekuensi, ANSYS
