Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between self-regulated learning and cyberloafing in students of Mercu Buana Regular University 1 Faculty of Psychology. The population used in this study is a regular Mercu Buana University student 1 Faculty of Psychology which numbered 576 students. The total sample in this study was 241 active students in semesters 2 through 8 with ages 18 to 25. The methods used in this study are quantitative methods, data collection tools using Online Learning Self-regulated Questionnaire (OSLQ) scale and Cyberloafing scale. The hypothesis test in this study was conducted using Spearman's correlation technique with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 25.00 windows. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between self-regulated learning and cyberloafing, which had a correlation coefficient value of 0.370 with a sig value. 0.000, the higher the self-regulated learning behavior then the higher the cyberloafing as well as the other way around, the lower self-regulated learning will be the lower the cyberloafing. Keyword : Self-Regulated Learning, Cyberloafing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-regulated learning dengan cyberloafing pada mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Reguler 1 Fakultas Psikologi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana reguler 1 Fakultas Psikologi yang berjumlah 576 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 241 mahasiswa aktif semester 2 sampai 8 dengan usia 18 sampai 25 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Online Learning Self-regulated Questionnaire (OSLQ) dan skala cyberloafing. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman dengan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25.00 windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan dengan arah positif yang signifikan antara self-regulated learning dengan cyberloafing, yang memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi 0.370 dengan nilai sig. 0.000, maka semakin tinggi perilaku self-regulated learning maka semakin tinggi cyberloafing begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin rendah self-regulated learning maka akan semakin rendah cyberloafing.
