Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job crafting and Happiness on the Resilience of millennial employees in Jakarta. The researcher used a questionnaire as a data source and distributed it online through the google form. Respondents in this study were 470 employees aged 18-38 years and worked in Jakarta. Resilience measured using a scale which consist of 43 item, happiness measured using a scale consists of 4 item, and job crafting measured using a scale consists of 18 items. The results of this study indicate that there is influence of job crafting and resilience of 4.1% while happiness has no significant on resilience. Keywords: Job crafting, Happiness, Resilience. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job crafting dan Happiness terhadap Resiliensi karyawan millennial di Jakarta. Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner sebagai sumber data dan menyebarkan secara online melalui google form. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 470 karyawan dengan usia 18 – 38 tahun dan bekerja di Jakarta. Resiliensi di ukur menggunakan alat ukur yang terdiri dari 43 item pernyataan, happiness diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang terdiri dari 4 item pernyataan, dan job crafting diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang terdiri dari 18 item pernyataan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh job crafting dan resiliensi sebesar 4,1% sedangkan happiness tidak signifikan pada resiliensi. Kata Kunci: Job crafting, Happiness, Resiliensi.
