Abstract

The study aimed to identify the work discipline, competence and motivation on the performance of employees of National Board for Disaster Management. Measurements in this study using likert scale with a population by employees in Deputy for Rehabilitation & Reconstruction National Disaster Management Agency 60 of people. The results of the study work discipline influential positive and significantly to employee performance, competence influential positive and significantly to employee performance and motivation influential positive and significant on performance workers in National Board for Disaster Management. Keywords: work discipline, competence, motivation, performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan populasi seluruh staf Kedeputian Bidang Rehabilitasi & Rekonstruksi Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana berjumlah 60 orang. Hasil Penelitian adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai
