Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Net profit margin (NPM), Earning per share (EPS), Debt to equity ratio (DER), and Return on assets (ROA) on firm value using Tobin Q in the property sector for the period 2013-2017. The sample used in this study consisted of 38 property sector companies from 49 property sector companies listed on the IDX. This study uses panel data analysis methods obtained from financial statements listed on the Stock Exchange. By using Fixed Effect Model on Eviews 10.0, the results of the F test show that the variables NPM, EPS, DER, and ROA simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. The results show that NPM, EPS, and DER have a significant positive effect, but ROA has a negative effect on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Net profit margin (NPM), Earning per share (EPS), Debt to equity ratio (DER), dan Return on asset (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan menggunakan Tobin Q pada sektor property periode 2013-2017. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 38 perusahaan sektor property dari 49 perushaan sektor property yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis panel data yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang terdaftar BEI. Dengan menggunakan Fixed Effect Model pada Eviews 10.0, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel NPM, EPS, DER, dan ROA secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa NPM, EPS, dan DER memiliki efek positif yang signifikan, tetapi ROA memiliki efek negatif pada nilai perusahaan.
