Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, company size, and business risk on firm value (PBV) in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 6 companies with a period of 6 years, so that 36 sample data were obtained. The data analysis method in this study was panel data regression analysis using eviews 12 software. The results showed that the variable Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Degree of Operating Leverage simultaneously has no effect on firm value (PBV) and the variable Size had an effect on value company (PBV). Keywords: capital structure (der), liquidity (cr), firm size (size), business risk (dol), firm value (pbv) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan, dan risiko bisnis terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2016-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 6 perusahaan dengan periode selama 6 tahun, sehingga diperoleh 36 data sampel. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software eviews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Degree of Opearting Leverage secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) dan variabel Size berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
