Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran coping style sebagai sebagai mediator hubungan digital resilience dan work engagement pada pekerja society 5.0. Dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 yang membutuhkan kompetensi di bidang industri dan organisasi mengharuskan para karyawan untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan resiliensi mereka dalam bidang digital dalam upaya menghadapi dan melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sehingga diperlukan literasi digital dan ketahanan digital atau disebut juga dengan digital resilience. Untuk mengukur digital resilience menggunakan alat ukur adaptasi dari Employee resilience scale (Naswall et.al 2015) dan dikombinasikan dengan menggabungkan aspek ketahanan digital (Kohn, 2020). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pekerja society 5.0 di Indonesia yang berusia 17-65 tahun. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 339 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif pada kategori dan analisis inferensial pada uji-uji yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini didapat dari process V.4.0 Model No 4 By Hayess dan menunjukan bahwa coping style memiliki peran sebagai mediator hubungan digital resilience dan work engagement pekerja society 5.0. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa coping style dapat berperan memediasi hubungan digital resilience dengan work engagement. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa dalam masa transisi era society 5.0 pekerja dituntut untuk dapat memiliki coping dan ketahanan digital yang tinggi agar pekerja dapat meningkatkan kompetensi dan dapat bersaing ditengah perubahan society 5.0 sehingga dapat memaksimalkan kinerja dan membantu perusahaan agar dapat terus berkembang dalam berbagai perubahan yang terjadi. Kata Kunci : digital resilience, quality of work-life, work engagement. This study aims to determine whether there is a role for digital resilience as a mediator of the relationship between the digital resilience and work engagement in society 5.0 era. Facing the era of society 5.0 which demands competence in the industrial and organizational fields,thus requires employees to be able to improve their toughness in the digital field in an effort to face and carry out their duties and responsibilities, so that digital resilience and digital literacy is required. Resilience is needed or also known as digital resilience. To measure digital resilience, an adaptation measurement tool is used from the Employee resilience scale (Naswall et.al 2015) and is combined with aspects of digital resilience (Kohn, 2020). This study uses quantitative research methods with convenience sampling techniques. The subjects in this study were society 5.0 workers in Indonesia aged 17-65 years. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 558 respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis on the categories and inferential analysis on the tests performed. The results of this study were obtained from process V.4.0 Model No 4 By Hayess and indicate that coping style acts as a mediator of the digital resilience relationships and work engagement in workers at society 5.0. These results show us that coping style can be an effective mediator in the relationship between digital resilience and work engagement. Based on these results, it shows that in the transitional era of society 5.0, workers are required to be able to have high active coping mechanism and resilience so that workers can increase competence and be able to compete in the midst of changes in society 5.0 so that they can maximize performance and help companies to continue to develop in the various changes that occur.
