Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Perception of Ease of Use, and Perception of Price on Decisions to Use Gofood Service Applications. The population in this study are users of the Gofood feature or application who have purchased products on the Gofood feature or application. In this study, the sampling method used was non-probability sampling. And the type of nonprobability sampling used is purposive sampling technique. The minimum sample that researchers will use is 130 respondents. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that Service Quality, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Price have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the Gofood service application. Keywords: Service Quality, Perceived Ease of Use, Perception of Price, Intention to Use, Gofood Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Aplikasi Pelayanan Gofood. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna fitur atau aplikasi Gofood yang sudah pernah membeli produk di fitur atau aplikasi Gofood. Dalam penelitian ini sampling yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode pengambilan nonpropabilty sampling. Dan jenis nonpropabilty sampling yang digunakan adalah Teknik purposive sampling. Sampel minimal yang akan peneliti gunakan adalah 150 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey,dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dan Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi pelayanan Gofood.
