Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan wadah yang paling menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Suatu organisasi harus memiliki nilai lebih dibandingkan dengan organisasi lainnya. Sumber daya manusia merupakan modal keberhasilan untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan perusahaan. Sumber Daya Manusia diharapkan memiliki kinerja yang baik, sehingga penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi PT Qualita Sentra Rasa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian analisis data yang bersifat kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian bersifat kaulitas. Populasi penelitian yaitu karyawan yang bekerja pada bagian kitchen di PT. Qualita Sentra Rasa sebenyak 50 orang dan sampel penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga sampel penelitian in berjumlah 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif kepada kinerja karyawan, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh. positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan Human resources are the container that most determines the success of an organization. An organization must have more value than other organizations. Human resources are the capital of success to achieve a company goal. Human Resources are expected to have good performance, so this study analyzes the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable for PT Qualita Sentra Rasa. Data collection uses quantitative data analysis research instruments. The research population is employees who work in the kitchen at PT. Qualita Sentra Rasa consisted of 50 people and the research sample used a saturated sample so that the research sample consisted of 50 respondents. Data analysis technique using partial least squares. The results showed that transformational leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the influence of style transformational leadership on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.
