Abstract

Observations were made at PT Telekomunikasi Selular for data collecting, monitoring and reporting related to the official travel assignment letter so the process could run effectively and sistematically. In these observations, methods used were interviewing the employees at the company's sub divisions. In this case, informations to be collected collected were the employee data, job titles, the destination of division's official travel, and the transportion used. The implementation process is still running while there are ongoing shortcomings exist, including difficulty in collecting data, not well-monitored, and frequent duplication of STPD numbers, which all are caused by unsistematically sorted data It is expected that with the implementation of STPD business processes in the company, it could facilitate and accelerate the approval process as well as monitor the official travel document. Keywords : Data Collection, Monitoring , STPD , Visual Studio 2010 (C#), and SQL Server Pengamatan dilakukan di PT Telekomunikasi Selular yang bertujuan untuk proses pendataan, monitoring dan pelaporan data terkait proses surat tugas perjalanan dinas agar dapat lebih efektif dan tersistematis. Dalam pengamatan ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara kepadapara karyawan di sub direkorat pada perusahaan tersebut.Dalam implementasi proses bisnis ini meliputi data karyawan, jabatan, tempat tujuan perjanaan dinas, transportasi yang digunakan. Adapun proses pelaksanaan yang saat ini masih berjalan masih terdapat begitu banyak kekurangan diantaranya mengalami kesulitan dalam pencarian data,tidak termonitoring dengan baik serta seringnya terjadi duplikasi nomor STPD, hal tersebut diakibat dari data yang begitu banyak dan tidak tersistematis. Diharapkan dengan adanya implementasi proses bisnis STPD dalam perusahaan ini dapat memudahkan, mempercepatproses approval serta termonitoringnya dokumen perjalanan dinas tersebut dengan maksimal.
