Abstract

This research is to know the influence of leadership style, work discipline to employee performance. The object of this research is all employees of Public Infrastructure and Facilities (PPSU) handling officers located in Meruya Selatan Administrative Village with a period of 6 months (July-December 2018). This study with a population of 82 employees who were saturated samples, 82 employees. By way of taking the census method (which means the sample must be filled in accordingly, returned, according to the amount). Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. With the results, there is an influence of leadership style on employee performance. The influence of work discipline on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, work discipline and employee performances. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Meruya Selatan dengan jangka waktu 6 bulan (Juli-Desember 2018). Penelitian ini dengan populasi 82 karyawan yang dijadikan sampel jenuh, yaitu 82 karyawan. Dengan cara pengambilan metode sensus (yang artinya sampel harus diisi sesuai, dikembalikan, sesuai dengan jumlah). Alat analisis ini memakai regresi linier berganda. Dengan hasil, adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
