Abstract
This study aims to obtain an overview of the well-being of teachers during theCovid-19 period and a comparison of the well-being of elementary school teachers during the Covid-19 period based on demographic variables. Thesubjects of this study were elementary school teachers in the JABODETABEKarea with a total of 160 respondents. This research was conducted with aquantitative approach with a comparative design and with a sampling technique, namely non-probability sampling, with the convenience sampling method. Theinstrument used in this study is The Teacher's Well-being Scale (TWBS). All dataanalysis in this study used SPSS 26 program assistance. All data analysis in thisstudy used SPSS 26 program assistance. Based on data analysis, the resultsshowed a sig value (p>0.05) that there was no difference in teacher well-beingbased on age, gender, working period, income, school status, employment status, level of teaching, and level of education. Keywords: Covid-19, Demography, Elementary School Teacher, Teacher’sWell Being Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran kesejahteraan guru di masa covid-19 serta perbandingan kesejahteraan guru SD di masa Covid-19berdasarkan variabel demografi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SekolahDasar di area JABODETABEK dengan jumlah responden 160 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desainkomparatif, dan dengan teknik pengambilan sampling, yaitu non-probabilitysampling, dengan metode convinience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakandalam penelitian ini, The Teacher’s Well Being Scale (TWBS). Seluruh analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 26. Berdasarkananalisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sig ( p>0.05) bahwa tidakterdapat perbedaan kesejahteraan guru berdasarkan Usia, Jenis Kelamin, MasaKerja, Penghasilan, status sekolah, stastus kepegawaian, level mengajar, dantingkat Pendidikan.
