Abstract

This research is motivated by the declining condition of human resources and the increasing number of turnover intentions for employees. The purpose of this study was to determine whether job satisfaction, organizational commitmens and compensation affect employee turnover intention at PT. Trisa Mandiri Sejahtera. The method of data collection is done through a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. Trisa Mandiri Sejahtera. Samples taken as many as 80 people. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool.The data obtained were then processed with Partial Least Square Analysis (PLS) to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitmens, Compensation, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kondisi sumber daya manusia yang semakin menurun dan semakin banyaknya keinginan untuk keluar (turnover intention) pada karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. Trisa Mandiri Sejahtera. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT. Trisa Mandiri Sejahtera. Sampel yang diambil sejumlah 80 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menentukan pengaruh variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen). Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Kompensasi, Turnover Intention
