Abstract
This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on dividend policy of companies in the Conventional Banking Sub-Sector listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia 2015-2019 Period. The sample selection used in this study using purposive sampling method. From a population of 45 companies, a sample of 9 companies was obtained. The data is obtained from the financial statements of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2019. The research used in this study is the random effect method of panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that the adjusted R squared value is 0.68, which means that the independent variable used in this study has 68% effect on the dependent variable and the remaining 32% is influenced by other variables. Partially ROA variables have a positive effect on dividend policy, while BOPO, LDR and CAR have a negative effect on dividend policy. Keywords : ROA, LDR, BOPO, CAR Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO) dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap Kebijakan Dividen perusahaan Sub – Sektor Perbankan Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari populasi sebanyak 45 perusahaan, didapatkan sampel sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Datanya diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Random Effect dari regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted R squared sebesar 0,68 yang artinya variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh sebesar 68% terhadap variabel dependen sisanya 32% dipengaruhi oleh variable lainnya. Secara parsial variabel ROA berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, sedangkan BOPO, LDR dan CAR berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Kata Kunci : ROA, LDR, BOPO, CAR
