Abstract
The problems that are often encountered in the urban transportation system is the occurrence of traffic congestion on roads and conflicts at intersections, especially at the intersection of Ceger – Jurang Mangu Barat – Pondok Aren – Japos Raya, Tangerang Selatan. At this intersection often occurs traffic jam caused by the large volume of vehicles passing at intersections and segments are during rush hour and side obstacle activities such as in and out of vehicles that can inhibit the movement of traffic flow so it also affects the performance of the surrounding streets. The data needed in the process of performance analysis of intersection and road segment is primary data that is in the form of road geometric data, data of survey result of traffic volume and speed of the vehicle during rush hour. As well as secondary data in the form of maps of location and population. This research uses analysis procedure of intersection and urban road segment referring to (IHCM 1997). From the survey result in the field and the result of data analysis calculations that have been done, then the result of performance of no-signal three-way junction at Jalan Raya Ceger – Jalan Jurang Mangu Barat – Jalan Pondok Aren – Jalan Japos Raya. The peak traffic volume occurred on Monday, 11th February 2019, that is 5339 smp/jam at 07.00 – 08.00 WIB, with Capacity (C) 2919 smp/jam. So the value of degree saturation DS is 1.11. Level of service D. Of the altenatives used to overcome the congestion in the non-signal intersection that meet the targets are alternative 5 with DS = 0.77, Intersection delay (D) = 12.53 and Level of Service intersection B. While the performance performance analysis of Ceger road segment and road segment Pondok Aren known the value of DS ranging from 0.14 to 0.30, has a category of service A - B, which means the service level conditions are still quite good performance. The speed of light vehicles is ranging 36 to 44 km / hour, and the speed of the survey is ranging from 18 to 32 km / hour. Keywords : Degree of Saturation, Performance of intersections, Performance of Segment, Level of Service Permasalahan yang sering ditemui pada sistem transportasi perkotaan adalah terjadinya kemacetan lalu lintas di ruas jalan dan konflik di persimpangan khususnya pada simpang tak bersinyal Jalan Raya Ceger – Jalan Jurang Mangu Barat – Jalan Pondok Aren – Jalan Japos Raya, Tangerang Selatan. Pada simpang ini seringkali terjadi kemacetan lalu lintas yang disebabkan banyaknya volume kendaraan yang melintas di simpang dan ruas tersebut pada jam-jam sibuk serta aktivitas hambatan samping seperti keluar masuk kendaraan yang dapat menghambat pergerakan arus lalu lintas sehingga juga mempengaruhi kinerja ruas jalan disekitarnya. Data yang diperlukan dalam proses analisis kinerja simpang tak bersinyal dan ruas jalan adalah data primer yaitu berupa data geometrik jalan, data hasil survey volume lalu lintas dan kecepatan kendaraan pada jam - jam sibuk. Serta data sekunder berupa peta lokasi dan jumlah penduduk. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur analisis simpang dan ruas jalan perkotaan yang mengacu pada (MKJI 1997). Dari hasil survey di lapangan dan hasil perhitungan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka di dapat hasil kinerja simpang tak bersinyal pada Raya Ceger – jalan Jurang Mangu Barat – jalan Raya Pondok Aren – jalan Japos Raya. Volume lalu lintas puncak terjadi pada hari Senin tanggal 11 Febuari 2019 sebesar 5339 smp/jam pada pukul 07.00 – 08.00 WIB, dengan kapasitas (C) sebesar 2919 smp/jam. Maka diperoleh nilai DS sebesar 1.11. Tingkat pelayanan D. Dari beberapa alternatif yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kemacetan di simpang tak bersinyal tersebut yang memenuhi sasaran adalah Alternatif 5 dengan DS = 0.77, Tundaan simpang = 12.53 dan Tingkat pelayanan simpang B. Sedangkan analisis kinerja ruas Jalan Ceger dan ruas Jalan Pondok Aren diketahui nilai DS berkisar 0.14 – 0.30, memiliki tingkat pelayanan kategori A – B, yang berarti kondisi tingkat pelayanan masih cukup baik kinerjanya. Kecepatan kendaraan ringan berkisar 36 – 44 km/jam, serta kecepatan survey yaitu berkisar 18 – 32 km/jam. Kata Kunci : Derajat Kejenuhan, Kinerja Simpang, Kinerja Ruas, Tingkat Pelayanan
