Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Sun City. 2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Sun City. 3) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Sun City. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Hotel Sun City Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Sun City berjumlah 142 orang. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 105 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode alternatif dari structural equation modelling (SEM) yaitu Partial least square (PLS) melalui software statistik SmartPLS versi 4.0. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial masing-masing variabel pelatihan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Cipta Harmoni Prima (Hotel Sun City) Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi dan Kinerja Karyawan This research aims to: 1) To examine and analyze the effect of training on the performance of Sun City Hotel employees. 2) To test and analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of Sun City Hotel employees. 3) To test and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of Sun City Hotel employees. This research was conducted at the Sun City Hotel, Jakarta. The population in this study was all employees of Hotel Sun City totaling 142 people. The sampling technique in this study was using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples studied to was 105 people. The analytical method used in this study is an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely Partial least squares (PLS) through the statistical software SmartPLS version 4.0. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The results of this study indicate that partially each of the training, work discipline and compensation variables has a positively and significantly effect the employee performance of PT.
