Abstract
Transit oriented development (TOD) area according to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Defense Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 Year 2017 is a region centered on internal and intermodal integration which is within a radius of 400m to 800m from the place designated for the intermodal transportation intermodal transportation general mass which has the function of mixed and solid space utilization with medium to high intensity of space utilization. One of the areas that will be used as a transit oriented development (TOD) area is East Jakarta, precisely in the Cibubur area. Later in the area there will be a Cibubur LRT station near which a mixed use area will be built which will be filled with facilities such as hotels, MICE, and supporting advice for transit lines. For the sake of designing a TOD region that is friendly to the surrounding environment, a study on green architecture is needed. With this concept it is hoped that users of this region can provide a sense of security and comfort for pedestrians and make it easier for public transport users. Keywords: Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Mixed Use, LRT station, Cibubur, green architecture Kawasn transit oriented development (TOD) menurut Peraturan Menteri Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanhan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomer 16 Tahun 2017 adalah kawasan terpusat pada integrasi internoda dan antarmoda yang berada pad radius 400m sampai dengan 800m dari tempat yang diperuntukan bagi pergantian antarmoda transportasi angkutan umum massal yang memiliki fungsi pemanfaatan ruang campuran dan padat dengan intensitas pemanfaatan ruang sedang hingga tinggi. Salah satu kawasan yang akan dijadikan kawasan transit oriented development (TOD) adalah dikawasan Jakarta Timur tepatnya didaerah Cibubur. Nantinya didaerah tersebut akan terdapat stasiun LRT Cibubur yang didekatnya akan dibangun kawasan campuran atau mixed use yang akan diisi dengan fasilitas seperti hotel, MICE, dan saran penunjng untuk transit linnya. Demi merancng kawasan TOD yang ramah akan lingkungan sekitarnya maka dibutuhkan kajian tentang arsitektur yang ramah lingkungan (green architecture). Dengan konsep ini diharapkan pengguna kawasan ini bisa memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi para pejalan kaki dan mempermudah bagi pengguna kendaraan umum.
